Dosage Suggestions

Type 1

11.25mg 1x a day

Be kind to yourself! Grab a morning smoothie and start with 3/4 of a dropper (11.25 mg) once a day. See how you feel after 30 minutes and go from there. You can work your way up to 15mg (full dropper) if you want additional relief. Dose as needed after a stressful event.

15mg 1x a day

Add a full dropper to your morning coffee or smoothie for some added focus and clarity. If mornings aren't a problem for you, try a dropper full after lunch to get your focus back. If you want additional relief, try adding a full dropper in the evening 30 minutes before bed.
